DAY OF THE FLAGS: DEFENDING OUR PEOPLE!
F FLAGS
As usual we were the first ones there on the battlefield. This time it was Maywood again, November 11, 2006. We were ready to confront the white supremacists of the Minute Men and the SOS who were there to protest the fact that the city of Maywood had declared itself a sanctuary for any of our people who were undocumented for this part of our continent. This day we were also prepared with our new flags. The Mexica Movement flags represent all the Nican Tlaca (Indigenous people) of this continent. This flag is meant to represent the warriors of the Mexica Movement who refuse the flags of the U.S. or of Mexico or "Central America" or Canada to represent us. This is what we struggle for: the right to be everywhere on this continent as a free and independent people! Our Continent! Our Liberation! WARNING: ONLY MEMBERS OF THE MEXICA MOVEMENT ARE ALLOWED TO USE THIS FLAG! Do not under any circumstances use our flag for your personal use. We do not authorize anyone but members of the Mexica Movement to use this flag.

The debut of our flags was beautiful. Seeing a flag that truly represents the Nican Tlaca of this continent is a day of pride and joy.

The white supremacist goons came into our city of Maywood like the KKK did in the past with their flags of white supremacy and hate. They think that if they leave the hoods at home that people won't see their racist hate.

The shouting at each other went on for most of the morning. More people and other organizations showed up to confront them.

You would have seen MORE pictures of a member of the Mexica Movement being arrested, but we were all rushing to help him.
The picture up here is of a Minuteman who came into our side passing out "free" Mexican flags. He was confronted and these are the flags he dropped on the floor.

Here is Jesse Rivera earlier posting our new poster. In between you had a Minuteman come through our side to pass out Mexican flags. Above you have Jesse being knocked to the ground, handcuffed and arrested. Here Olin Tezcatlipoca tries to get Jesse Rivera released .

HOW JESSE RIVERA GOT ARRESTED: Jesse Rivera, went to escort the white supremacist away from our people. This member made sure the white supremacist left our side and then approached the police officers (we later learned they were a dishonor to the name police officers) to let them know that the white supremacist who was just escorted out had come to provoke our side.

As he was trying to explain this, Jesse was viciously knocked to the ground by several cops and then handcuffed, arrested, and taken to jail. Jesse was later released. There have been no charges filed against Jesse..
