Mexica Movement: NOT Hispanic! NOT Latino!

MEXICANS AND "CENTRAL AMERICANS"
ARE PART OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE
OF THIS CONTINENT!

WE ARE NOT FOREIGNERS TO THIS CONTINENT!
WE ARE NOT FOREIGNERS ON OUR OWN LAND!
WE ARE NOT ILLEGAL
ON ANY PART OF OUR CONTINENT!

THE ONLY ILLEGALS ON THIS CONTINENT
ARE THE CRIMINAL EUROPEANS
WHO HAVE INVADED OUR CONTINENT
FROM 1492 TO THE PRESENT DAY

IT IS NOT RACIST
to confront and resist
white racism!

KNOWLEDGE IS THE ANSWER
NON-VIOLENCE IS THE ANSWER
JUSTICE IS THE ANSWER
End of Ignorance KNOWLEDGE IS THE ANSWER
NON-VIOLENCE IS THE ANSWER
JUSTICE IS THE ANSWER

NOTE: We are for non-violence, truth, and justice. We do not advocate the racism that has been used against us.

The photos below are Mexica Movement photos of the March 25, 2006 historic event. Descriptions follow along with larger size.
Setting up posters. Setting up posters. Setting up posters.
Members and supporters of the Mexica Movement building the posters that would help educate our people as to the background behind all of this racism.
People volunteered to help carry our signs. Fundraising was conducted to help with the costs of fighting the Minutemen and the SOS. Our people were great with their donations. Mothers of members and supporters came out to march with our people. Pride in taking part in the march was displayed everywhere. One of the more negative parts of the march was when American flags were passed out to make sure the marchers were looked on as part of "America".
Mothers of members and supporters came out to march with our people. This was not a march of "undocumented" as has been portrayed in the media. Mexica Movement was there and the majority of our membership has been born in the "U.S.".
Pride in taking part in the march was displayed everywhere.

One of the more negative parts of the march was when American flags were passed out to make sure the marchers were looked on as part of "America". We should be looked upon as the Indigenous people of this continent returning to their land.

From this one corner we photographed our people coming in stream after stream of people. We greeted our people with our signs to help them understand the racists behind the attacks on our people.
Our people arrived as much as four hours early to participate.

People marching to he march. Coming to the knowledge of our history and true identity. Four hours before the march was scheduled and there were already close to 20,000 people.
Discussions about our posters went on most of the day. Here are two of the designers and makers of many of the posters. Here a man stops to see the posters and to read on the history of the crimes of the Europeans on our continent.

Here we bring in the flag of the Mexica Movement, the flag that represents the Indigenous people of Anahuac ("North America").
Our people were anxious to begin the march
This was one of the many great signs that our people made. People got our message and used it. Finally, we all began to see that the march was in progress. Punctually at 10 A.M.

This great home made sign: TIERRA INDIGENA AMARLA, TRABAJARLA, LUCHARLA. It was a great feeling to see our people really alive and united. We need to use this motivation, this heart to bring our continent alive with knowledge and actions that will liberate our people. It was a great feeling to see our people really alive and united.
