 MEXICA MOVEMENT OUTREACH

INTO OUR COMMUNITIES

more pictures coming

on our outreach

to our people

We go to many events to wake up our people.  Here we are at Placita Olvera on the so-called Mexican Independence day.  We explain that it was the independence of the criollos, not of our people.     Here we are at a swap meet to wake up our people.  The woman on the left is looking for blue-eyed contacts.  She is not interested in Anahuac education or liberation. Who programmed her to think that way?       Some of the books that we promote at the different events that we go to throughout the year.

Here we are at KPFK radio in Los Angeles on "American Indian Airwaves" helping our people understand that Mexican, "Central American", and "Native American" are one people.  Of course the vendidos on KPFK refuse to let us air our voice.  Everything with these vendidos is "Latino", Latin, or Hispanic.   Here we are at the Orange County Pow Wow.  This is the largest Pow Wow in California.  Notice the American flag in the background.  They march the American flag onto a "sacred circle" with no problem.  They also bring in members of the military with their military flags.  90% of the audience is white.

Most of the time when we go to events, there are some of our own people on days like Cinco de Mayo or Mexican Independence that come to confront our booth for being divisive.  They say we are dividing the Latinos.  We say exactly right.  We have nothing to do with Argentines or other Spanish speaking Europeans.

Here we are working to get our people to know the beauty of our heritage, but sometimes our people are more interested in gangster rap cds or the latest shade of blond to dye their hair with.  It's sad that we have such a beautiful history and heritage and that our people have been brainwashed into hating their own culture.
